It has both exceptionally pleasant and pretty friendly staff. I have stayed in the double room with central heating, a work desk, and a TV.

The historic precinct and landscape setting created a quiet place for relaxation. The accommodation is separate from the mid 1800's hotel in what was once the priest's home. We loved the historic cottages that surround the church. Nearby is an excellent walk to the site of a former chateau and a fortiofication surrounded by a moat. The meals were traditional and good value as the price of breakfast was included in the accommodation. Staff were friendly and spoke good English.
